Why is My Dashboard Empty and My Coaching Requirements Not Showing?

This article will explain why you do not see any requirements on your dashboard.

    Overview:

    • A user's profile needs an assigned role and an affiliation for requirements to appear on a dashboard.
    • The most common reason that coaching requirements are not showing on a user dashboard is that either there is not a coach role present, or if there is, there is not an affiliation tied to that role.
    • To add a coach role and/or an affiliation, such as USYS or US Club, to your user profile simply reach out to your club and ask them to add the coach role and/or affiliation.  This will trigger your requirements and you will be able to see all your requirements on your user dashboard.
