As an Assignor - Setting Event Positions for Officials

The Assignor can set and limit positions for Officials when assigning an event. This article details the steps taken to set your officials' positions.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • Once your Officials have been added to the event, access your event listing through the Assigning module by clicking "View Event" to the right of the event name.

Step 2:

  • In the event listing, click the bulk actions box located next to the officials name, or the "Name" heading, and select the "Add Referee Positions" option.

Step 3:

  • Set the position permissions for your official(s) and click "Save" on the pop-out window.

Step 4:

  • The officials position(s) will update with your selections, highlighting the approved positions in green.

The Assignor must set the officials position approval(s) prior to using the Assigning tools.
