As a Referee - How to Communicate with Match Staff and the Officiating Crew

Instructions:

Step 1:

• From your account dashboard, select the "Referee" tab and access your "Assigned Matches".

Step 2:

• Select the "Details" section of the desired match.

Step 3:

• Select the "New Message" button to initiate the communication capability

Step 4:

• Select the user(s) that you'd like to communicate with from the listed options

Step 5:

• Enter your personalized message and select "Send"

Mobile View:

Step 1: 

• Scroll to the right from your account tab to the Referee Tab

Step 2:

• Click on the "Details" button on any accepted match

Step 3:

• Select the Chat bubble box

Step 4:

• Select the correct users you want to communicate with, edit the from name, and enter your message in the SMS message box and send.
