How to Manage Team Tickets

Instructions

Step 1:

  • To manage your team tickets, login into your GotSport account.
  • Select Account -> Tickets -> Team Tickets. 

Step 2:

  • Identify the game or event you would like to manage the tickets for and select the game or event name. 

Step 3:

  • You will see a list of the tickets that are under your control as a team point of contact (i.e. coach).
  • From this page you can select the ticket ID number (to print off the hard copy) or re-assign the ticket to another approved player or coach. 

Step 4:

  • To re-assign, select the name in the Assign to User column.

Step 5:

  • From the list of approved users, select the user you would like to assign the ticket to. 

Note: Only approved users will populate in this list. 

Step 6:

  • The ticket is now re-assigned to the user selected.
