Instructions
Step 1:
- Once logged in to your GotSport account, click the Dashboard tab.
Step 2:
- Click Details next to the the Concussion Training requirement.
Step 3:
- Click Check Records to see if you have already submitted the requirement recently.
- If not, click Submit New Report.
Step 4:
- Complete the Concussion Training requirement by filling out the information accordingly, including a training course to take AND uploading a copy of your certificate from the training.
- When you have finished completing the requirement, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
