Event Director - How to Communicate with Assignors and Referees
This article will instruct the Event Director on how to communicate with Assignors and Referees of a specific match or multiple matches.
Step 1: Navigate to the ”Match List” of the event
Step 2: Click the check boxes next to the individual match or select the box next to the "Number" heading to send a message to all event matches.
Step 3: Once you have selected the invidual match, matches, or all matches, actions will appear next to the "Bulk Actions" identifier in the "Matches" section. Click the "Send Message" option.
Step 4: A pop-up window will be displayed after selecting "Send Message". Select the recipients of the messagethe message. You can send a message to the match teams, referees/assignors, or the administrators of the event.
Step 5: Select the type of message you would like to Send (HTML Email, Plain Text Email, Text Message, Email and Text).
Step 6: Enter your message into the provided text fields (Either Email, Text, or both).
Step 7: Click "Send" to send the deliver the message to your selected recipients.
