Event Director - How to approve an Assignor for an Event

This article will show how an Event Director can approve an Assignor for an event.

 

Note: The Event Director/Admin will receive a notification that an Assignor/User has requested access to assign the event. 

Step 1: 

  • From the Event Set up page, click the Assignors tab​

Step 2:

  • Click the blue "Accept" Button. The Assignor will be moved from "Pending Assignors" to the "Event Assignors" list 

Step 3:

  • A green banner will flash across the screen, confirming your accepted Assignor, displaying them in the "Assignors" section.
