Event Director - How to add an Assignor to your Event
Overview: This article will detail the steps taken to add an Assignor to your event. Event Directors can add individual assignors to their events within the event settings instead of waiting for an assignor to request access to assign the event.
Step 1
- From your Club/Organization Dashboard, click Scheduling > Events
- You can also click the Events tab in the Account Overview if your Dashboard is customized accordingly.
Step 2
- Click on the Event you're working with
Step 3
- Click the Assignors tab at the top
- Click NEW to add a new assignor
Step 4
- A new window will appear
- Search for the assignor using Email, First, and Last name.
- Click Search
Step 5:
- After clicking Search, click the Add Assignor button
- The page should refresh and you should now see the Assignor within the Assignors box within the event.
