As an Admin - Cloning A Team Roster to Submit to an Event

A quick way to use the same rosters for multiple events for your team/club is the Clone a Roster feature in GotSport. Please see the step-by-step instructions below.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • Click the "Club Management" tab and then click "Roster Builder"

Step 2:

  • Select the Event that you want to build rosters for.

Step 3:

  • For each team that is registered in the event from your club, you can submit any roster that has been created for the particular team.
  • In the "Clone Roster From" dropdown, select the roster that you want to submit to the event.
  • Then Click "Submit".

 

*Players will be automatically approved or set to a Pending Status depending on the settings of the event. You will reach out directly to the event for any approval-related questions. Got Sport does not approve players.
