As Admin - How to Adjust Multi-Factor Authentication Intervals for Your Organization Admins

GotSport has enabled Multi Factor Authentication for your Organization Admins. This will add a layer of protection by requiring the organization admin to input a 6 digit code that is sent via either Email or SMS/Text.

Instructions:

Step 1

  • From your Admin Dashboard, click Settings > Edit Organization

Step 2:

  • Scroll down until you see the setting for "2FA Options"
  • Select your intervals of time before requiring another authentication. For example, if set to one week, the user will need to re-authenticate their account after not signing in for 7 days.

Step 3:

  • Scroll to the bottom and click Save
