As Manager/Coach - How to Auto-Approve Rostered Players

This article will demonstrate how a Manager/Coach can use the Auto-Approve function to approve players on a roster. 

NOTE**** The Event and your Club will need to have the "Auto Approve" setting enabled for this functionality to work. If you do not see the buttons shown below, please speak with your Club Admin and/or the Event you're participating in.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • From your Manager/Coach Dashboard, click Team Management

Step 2:

  • Select the team you're approving the roster for
  • Click Rosters
  • Select your event from the dropdown menu and click Search


Step 3:

  • If the settings are configured, you'll see a green "Check Approval Status" button
  • Once clicked, the system will verify and approve any Managers/Coaches or Players that are compliant with the roster rules set by the governing org, chosen by the event you're attending.

NOTE*** If you do not see the green "Check Approval Status" button, that means either the event does not have the setting enabled. Or, your Club/Organization can also disable this setting too. If the button is not present, please reach out to your Club/Organization Admin to ensure the setting is enabled from their Club Management module. You will also need to confirm the setting is enabled with the event director as well. 

Step 4:

  • You will receive a confirmation of the Approved Players
  • Approved players will now show with a Green Checkmark
  • Players that were not auto-approved will continue to show the Orange Triangle, which means the player is still Pending approval.
