As an Admin - Affiliate Teams With a League/Governing Body Registration Event

This article will demonstrate how to register your teams to the Official Registration event for your Governing Body

Instructions

STEP 1:

STEP 2:

  • Click on Club Management.

STEP 3:

Click on Teams.

STEP 4:

Click on Registration.

STEP 5:

Look for the registration event titled "Seasonal Year XXXXXXXX - Passcards & Rosters, then click Register.

STEP 6:

  • Once you review and select or confirm the appropriate registration event from the drop-down, choose the teams you want to affiliate. (You have the ability to use the filters to decide which teams you would like to register.)

STEP 7:

  • Choose to affiliate the selected teams or all listed teams, then click the Register button.

STEP 8:

  • Choose the correct Competitive Level for your teams, then click Save.
  • Once you do that, the request to affiliate those teams with your league has been completed.
  • Your league now has the ability to approve the affiliation request on its end.
