Submitting a Player Release Form - Girls Academy

Overview

These steps will help you: access the Player Release form and submit it for processing.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • Start by logging in and navigating to the Dashboard.
  • From there select the "Affiliations" tab

 

Step 2:

  • Locate the Girls Academy and click on available forms.
  • Select the GA Player Release form.

Step 3:

  • Complete the Release Form.
  • Make sure all mandatory fields are completed accurately and with the most current information, then Review and submit the form to initiate the player release process.

 

NOTE*** Do Not remove the player's role within the team or club either before or after completing the release form. The GA will handle the completion of the player release, which involves removing them from your team roster and organization.
