As Admin - How to View Who Has Opted Out of Communications

This article will demonstrate how to view who has Opted Out of Communications from your organization. If a member of your organization states they did not receive an email, this article will show you how to verify if they've opted out or not.

  • From the Dashboard select Communications followed by Messages.

Step 3:

  • Here you will select the Recipients 

Step 4:

  • You will now see the list of recipients who have Opted Out of Communications.
