How to Transfer Tickets

Step 1:

  • In your account, select the ticket section 

Step 3:

  • Select the event tickets  that you desire to send

Step 4:

  • Click on the transfer ticket button

Step 5:

  • Enter the email for the person you are sending the tickets and press search 

Step 6:

  • Then click Send request 

Step 7:

  • If the person you are sending the tickets don't have an account  the system will recognize and can invite the person to open their account to accept the tickets

Step 8:

  • After sending the invite, you will see on your page the status of the ticket transfer

Step 9:

  • If you click on Ticket Status, you have more options for the ticket you just sent. 

Step 10:

  • To verify the status of all the tickets that you sent, click on the ticket transfer tab. You will be able to see the history of all the tickets you sent.
