Instructions:
Step 1:
- From the Dashboard, click the "Club Management" tab, followed by "Players."
Step 2:
- Click the player's name
- Then click "Forms" above and "Available Forms"
Step 3:
- Select the Registration Request Form - Player/Coach Approval , fill in the corresponding information, and "Submit."
