How to Set a Ticket Expiration Date

Instructions

Step 1:

  • From the Venues Module, select the event number from the appropriate venue. Select the appropriate event.

Step 2:

  • Select the Section Tab and the appropriate section you would like to add seats/tickets to.

Step 3: 

  • Scroll down to the redemption limit option and select the number of days you want your ticket to expire.
  • The expiration limit is based on the date of redemption, not a 24-hour window. If you choose a 1 day redemption limit and the guest scans in at 2pm for all day, multi-day event, at midnight that same day, their ticket will expire and not work the next day.
