How to Register Tournament Teams and Build Rosters

Instructions

Step 1:

  • From your Dashboard, select Club Management and click Teams from the dropdown

  • Then click on the Registration tab at the top of your screen.

 

Step 2:

  • Find Your State’s 23/24 Tournament Rosters event, and click the blue Register button.

 

Step 3:

  • Click the checkbox next to the team(s) you want to register.

 

  • Then click the blue Register button and choose Selected Teams.
  • NOTE: If you are combining two teams for a tournament, you will register the team most of the players are coming from.
  • ***You can still create a new team, but you will need to build the whole roster from scratch.


 

Step 4:

  • After you registered the team(s), select Teams at the top of the page, and then select Roster Builderfrom the dropdown.

 

  • Next, select the event (Your State Tournament Rosters 23/24).

 

  • Optional: Select the team(s) and then click Submit.

 

Step 5:

  • Find your team, and click on the Current Team Roster dropdown. Select your state’s 23/24 official registration event roster to clone from.
  • Then click Submit. A list of players will now show for this team.
  • Use the drag and drop method to add any players from the club onto the event roster.
  • Narrow down your search for players by using the filters at the top of the page
  • To remove players from the roster, click on the red X. A confirmation textbook will pop up. Make sure you ONLY select the option "No, Only Remove From Event Roster".
