As an Admin - How to Print Coach's Risk Management Cards in Bulk

Club Admins can print off coaches' and managers' R/M cards in bulk once the users have completed all of the requirements.

Instructions:

Step 1.

  •  When you log into your admin account, click on "Club Management" and "Coaches"

 

Step 2.

  • On the coaches list, check the box next to the coach's name for any of the ones that you'd like to print their R/M card

Step 3.

Click on "Bulk RM Cards"

Step 4.

Click "Print"

Step 5.

  • For any coaches that have completed all three requirements of the Background Check, SafeSport and Heads Up, you will only be able to print their cards. 
  • NOTE: Anyone who has not completed all three requirements will not be able to be printed.
