How to make your activity program / schedule public

This article demonstrates how to publish the schedule for your activity

Instructions

Step 1. Log in to your account and click on the Event Module.

 

Step 2. Select the desired training activity event.

 

Step 3. Click on Current Schedule and click Edit. 

 

Step 4. Change the status to Published and click the save button. 

 

 Step 5. Click on the event tab

 

Step 6. Scroll down to access the public schedule link to share with the teams.
