How to Claim a Reservation
This article will show how to claim a reservation, after a manager/coach has assigned rooms.
All reservations are credit card guaranteed. Once a team manager has assigned a reservation to a team member, all team members are required to update and add a valid credit card to their reservation to claim their room.
Instructions
Step 1:
- After the room has been assigned to you by a team manager, you will log in to your account and select Bookings.
Step 2:
- Select "add cards" or the Pending Bookings tab.

Step 3:
- Select Add Card. You will then be prompted to a new page to input your credit card information.
