GotSport Pro/Ticketing - How to Enable Order Redeemed Tracking

This article will demonstrate how to enable the setting to track orders that have been redeemed via a log

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • Within your Store settings, enable the "Enable Order Redeemed Tracking" setting.
  • After reviewing the rest of the settings on the page, scroll to the bottom and click Save

Step 2:

  • Now that the setting is saved, you can click on the Orders tab and you'll see a new column under the placed orders
  • Click the box underneath the "Order Redeemed" column, and two new columns appear named Username and Redeemed at.

Step 3:

  • If you click onto the ID of the order, you'll see more information about the activity logs to see who redeemed the order and the timestamp.
