GotSport Connect - How to RSVP Your Team Members

This article will demonstrate how a Manager or Coach can RSVP their players for an event within GotSport Connect

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • Tap into the Schedules tab

  • Locate the event you want to RSVP your players to

     

  • Tap onto the Going/Not Going pill shaped button

Step 2:

  • Tap onto "No Response" tab
  • You should see your list of players that are on your team
  • Tap onto their name and you'll see new buttons for Going and 
  • Tap the response and then tap Confirm Change

Step 3:

  • Continue this process until you're completed with your known RSVP status for your players.

NOTE*** Managers/Coaches will still be able to RSVP team members even if the RSVP is locked or past the RSVP Deadline Date. Those settings are only applied to parents/players.
