Event Director- How to Print Player Book

Event Directors have the ability to export Player Books and can them give them to the College Coaches who are in attendance. 

Instructions:

 

Step 1:

  • In order for the Player Book Export to work properly, your event schedule will need to be published. Here is the article for How Do I Publish My Schedule?

Step 2:

  • Enable College Coaches within your event by checking off the "College Coaches" button within the Event Info tab
  • After that, click the small SAVE button underneath that button. 

NOTE - please see below screenshot as there is two Save buttons on that page.

Step 3

  • Once those two settings have been enabled. Click the College Coaches tab at the top of the page.

Step 4:

  • Click the Player Book button
  • Choose the division you want to Export. Click Save
  • The results will be emailed to you.
  • If you do not see the Player Book button, please verify steps 1 and 2 are complete.
