Event Director - How to add an Assigning Organization to your Event
Overview: This article will detail the steps taken to add an Assigning Organization to your event. Event Directors can add assignors to their events within the event settings rather than waiting for an assignor to request access to assign the event.
Step 1
- From your Club/Organization Dashboard, click Scheduling > Events
- You can also click the Events tab in the Account Overview if your Dashboard is customized accordingly.
Step 2
- Click on the Event you're working with
Step 3
- Click the Assignors tab at the top
- Click NEW to add a new assigning organization
Step 4
- A new window will appear
- Search for the assignor using Email, First, and Last name.
- Click Search
Step 5:

After clicking Search, you will be provided with the option to select which assigning organization you would like to add to the event. After selecting the Assignor Organization, click “Add Assignor”.
Step 6:
- A pop-up window will be displayed on your screen, listing all assignors within the assigning organization that will be granted access to assign the event. Click "Add Assignor" to add the assigning organization.
- The "Assignors" page will refresh, listing the recently added assigning organization.
