As Club Admin - How to Use Billing Account Flags

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • From your Admin Dashboard, click Billing > Accounts

Step 2:

  • If you have not yet created any Billing Flags, you'll need to create one by clicking onto the Acct #/Contact Name

Step 3:

  • Once you're within a Billing Account, scroll down until you see the Flags tool.
  • Click the Flag icon and then click "New Flag"
  • Provide a Flag Name, choose the color and style, then click Save.

Step 4:

  • Now that the flag has been created, you can apply the flag in bulk via the Billing > Accounts module
  • Select the accounts via the bulk method and you'll see a the bulk actions tab for 

Step 5:

  • You'll see the newly applied flags next to the accounts selected.
