As Club Admin - How to Include Billing Accounts while Send Messages (December 2025)
This article will demonstrate how a Club Admin can automatically attach a member Billing Account when sending communications
Instructions:
Step 1:
- From your Club Dashboard, click Billing > Accounts

Step 2:
- Use the Bulk Select checkboxes to select the accounts you want to send a message to
- At the top, click "Send Message"

Step 3:
- You will now be brought to the message template where you can customize your message
By sending the message through Billing > Accounts, the Billing Account will AUTOMATICALLY be attached within the message.
- Once you're ready, click "Send Message"

Step 4:
- The selected accounts will receive the email with a shortcut that takes them directly to the billing account you've selected.
- From here, the user can click "Pay Now", or "Update Payment Method" as needed.
