As Club Admin- How to Complete Girls Academy Player Designation Status Change Form

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • Prior to filling out the form, ensure you are listed as the manager for the team you want to modify the player status.

Step 2:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the "Affiliations" section.

Step 3:

Within the "Affiliations" section, find the Girls Academy association click on  "Available Forms" and select the "GA Player Designation/Status Change" form.
