As an Event Director - How to Assign Guest Players to Teams within the Guest Player Pool
This article will show how event directors can search for registered players under the guest player pool and assign them to teams.
Step 1:
- From your Dashboard go to Scheduling and then Events.

Step 2:
- Access the specific event by clicking on the event's name.

Step 3:
- From the event you will go to the "Guest Pool" tab where you will be able to see the registered players.

- Here you can use the filters provided to search for specific players.

Step 4:
- You can assign players to specific teams by clicking on "Assign Player".

- Once you click on "Assign Player" you will have the option to select the team you want this player to be assigned to.
- You can use the drop down menu to find the team, once you find the team click on Add User.

- This player will now be under the selected team, you can remove them from the roster by clicking on "Remove Roster", this will remove them from that team.
