As an Assignor - How to Create and Save Search Filters  

Overview: This article will instruct the Assignor on how they can save their search filters within the Match Chart and Match List assigning tools. The save search capability is also available on the Referee module "Referee Profiles", "Match Assignments", "Referee Availability", and "Payouts" tabs.

 

Match Chart

Step 1:

From your Assigning Calendar, select the event or click directly on the "Match Chart" tab.

 

Step 2: 

Select the Venues and Fields that you would like to save. You can also include a specific event to include on the save search.

 

Step 3:

Click on the "Search" button to refresh your match chart with the selected options.

 

Step 4:

Once the page has refreshed, click on the "Save Search" button to create a saved search with your selections.

 

Step 5:

Enter the name of your saved search and select if you would like to save your search with any child organizations on the window displayed on the screen. Click "Save" to create the saved search.

 

Step 6:

A successfully saved banner will flash across the screen, with your saved search displayed on a drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the window.

 

Step 7: 

You can access your saved search by selecting the option from the menu and clicking search.

 

 

Match List

Step 1: 

Access your the assigning Match List by clicking on the "Match List" tab.


 

Step 2:

Select your options from the provided filters. Click on the "Search" button to refresh your Match List with the selected options.




Step 3:

Once the page has refreshed, click on the "Save Search" button to create a saved search with your selections.

 

Step 4:

Enter the name of your saved search and select if you would like to save your search with any child organizations on the window displayed on the screen. Click "Save" to create the saved search.

 

Step 5:

A successfully saved banner will flash across the screen, with your saved search displayed on a drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the window.

 

Step 6:

You can access your saved search by selecting the option from the menu and clicking search.

Note: The saved search capability will be available to all users within the Assigning Organization. The saved search created will be tied to the specific tool being used by the user, and will not be carried across all options of the "Referee" module.
