As an Admin - View which Players Have Completed/Not Completed Parent Organization's Required Forms

This article will guide admins to view which players have or have not completed an governing body organization required forms like R-002 forms for example. 

Step 1.

  • From your organization dashboard, click on Club Management > Players

Step 2.

  • From the filters toward the top of the page, select the "Player Parent Org Form" filter

Step 3.

  Select the "Is Complete" or "Is Not Complete" from the filter options depending on what information you're looking to view:

  • To select the form, click on the dropdown and choose which form you would like to filter by:

Click the "Search" button to view your results:
