In the past, users were not able to complete a registration without a Registration Fee. The system was preventing them from completing it, displaying an error message
**You do not have any matching payment plans to choose from. Please contact your organization administrator to complete registration.**
Now, it's possible to create a (free) program registration without a registration fee, and the enroller should be able to complete the registration without any error message.
Instructions
Step 1:

From the Dashboard, click on "Programs" and, immediately after in "Programs List".
- Click in "New Program"
Step 2:

Enter the Name, Seasonal Year, Start Date, End Date, Age Method. For this specific case/scenario, it's not necessary to introduce Accounting Code and the Merchant profile
Step 3:

Open the registration
- Select the Affiliation, competitive level and roles
