Instructions
Step 1:
- The parent/guardian will need to login into their account and locate the "Family" button and click on it.
Step 2:
- Identify the player who needs to complete the course and select their name.
Step 3:
- From the player's profile, click on "Dashboard".
Step 4:
- Under "Requirements", click on “Details” next to the applicable waiver to proceed with completion.
- Click "Submit a New Report".
