As a Manager/Coach - How to View and/or Upload a Document to a Player Profile

This article will demonstrate the steps a Manager or Coach can take to verify if a document has been uploaded to their profile. If not, this article will demonstrate how to add a document into a profile of a player on their team. This can be used for Birth Certificates, or any document that is being requested by an organization.

Instructions

Step 1:

  • From your Manager/Coach profile, click Team Management
  • Click onto the name of the team you're working with

Step 2:

  • Select the Team Members tab
  • Locate the player you're working with and click onto their name


Step 3:

  • Click onto the Documents tab on the left side.
  • Here is where you'll be able to verify any documents that have already been uploaded to the account.
  • Be sure to check and verify the document was uploaded into the correct Document Repository. 

Document Repositories are NOT shared. If you see that a document is uploaded to Repository A, it will need to be uploaded to Repository B if Organization B is also requesting the same document.

Step 4:

  • If you still need to upload the document, click "New Document"


Step 5:

  • After clicking New Document, you'll be presented with the different repositories to choose from. 
  • Please be sure you're uploading the correct document into the correct repository.
  • Once finished, click Save.
