As a Club Admin - Viewing Past/Due Balances

This article will demonstrate how to view all balances that are past or due, as well as balances that have been paid in full.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • From your Dashboard, click on the large Billing located in the middle of the page.

Step 2:

  • At the top of this page, you have a filter labeled Balance.  Use these filter options to find all paid and unpaid balances.

Paid: This will show all persons who have paid their balance.

Current:  This will show all persons who still have a balance.

Due:This will show all persons who are past due on an existing balance.

  • After selecting Due in the dropdown menu, click Search.

Step 3:

  • You can message these applicants after you have used the filters by selecting the checkboxes next to each billing profile, then selecting Send Message.
