Instructions

Step 1: 

• When composing a message from any of the communications screens, check what variables are available to personalize your email.  You can do this by clicking the "Available Variables" text:

Step 2: 

• For any tags that you'd like to use to personalize your message, click insert next to the tag

Step 3: 

• When your message is sent, each recipients personalized data will show where the variables are listed.  For example, for {Coach_Name} it will instead show "Ron".
