Adding State Roster Rules (State Associations)

Instructions

Step 1:

  • To create state roster rules, click on Association and select Teams from the dropdown.


Step 2:

  • Then click on Roster Rules.
  • To view a current roster rule, click on the ID number. If creating a new roster rule, select New Roster Rule:  

Step 3:

  • Then you set the team gender, age and competitive level for the rule, and assign the appropriate values for the total number of players allowed on a roster, along with overage and underage players, club pass players allowed, minimum number of players on the roster, minimum number of Primary (P) players and max number of total underage players.  
  • Then indicate if your state will only allow a player to be a Primary player on a single roster, whether risk management (R/M) and CDC Heads-Up are required for coaches attached to a team, and then whether birth certificates (B/C) and photos are required for rostered players.
