# As an Admin - Printing Roster/Player ID Cards for an Event Roster
## This article will guide admins to print player ID Cards and/or rosters directly from the specific team
\*\*\*\*Please be aware that if you cannot locate the "ID Cards" or "Roster PDF" buttons following the provided instructions, it is likely that certain event settings are preventing you from accessing or printing these documents. Additionally, please note that player cards are typically only printable during official rostering events.
**Instructions**
**Step One:**
Click the "Club Management" tab and then "Teams" and locate the team that you're accessing:
**Step Two:**
Click the "Rosters" tab, and search for the event that you're needing to access. Click the search button:
**Step Three:**
Click the "Documents and IDs" tab and then find and click on the "ID Cards" or "Roster PDF" buttons to print either/both documents.
**Note: You can only print the player cards if your team roster has been approved by the event. You can check to see if your roster has been approved in "Roster Builder". Look for the "Green Check marks" next to the players names.**
