Add / maintain individuals within your org:

  • Edit an Org Admin's Permissions

  • Bulk Players Upload

  • Add Parent/Guardian to a Player
  • Add Email/User ID to a Player (providing player with GotSport account) (required for players 18+ to complete SafeSport requirement)

• Coaches / Managers

Affiliate teams with a league (if applicable) & purchase US Club Soccer memberships/registrations:

• Org admins/BOD/staff:
  1. Submit and Pay for your Org Admin/User Staff Memberships

• Rec players and staff:
  1. See instructions for uploading Players, Coaches, and Managers above from a CSV file
  2. Submit and Pay for your Rec Memberships

• Competitive and adult players and staff:
  1. Create your Teams 🎥
  2. Affiliate Teams with a League / Select the Appropriate US Club Soccer Registration Event
  3. Submit and Pay for your Competitive and Adult Players and Staff
  4. Print your Passcards and Official Roster

Registration/eligibility requirements - PLAYERS:

  • Monitor Proof of Birth Verification
    
    
• US Club Soccer Form R002  
  • Certify that the US Club Soccer Form R-002 is on file
  • Monitor status of US Club Soccer Form R-002

  2. Then, as an org admin/registrar, add an Email/User ID for all applicable players / parents:
     • Determine Which Players Need to complete SafeSport / monitor status
     • Add Email/User ID to a Player or Provide Player with GotSport Account (required for players age 18+)
     • Add a Parent/Guardian to a Player's Profile (required for players under age 18)
       
       
  3. Then, share these instructional articles/videos with your applicable players / parents:
     • Complete & Sync SafeSport Training (Players Age 18+)
     • For parents
       
       
  4. Lastly, monitor completion status:
     
     • Determine which players need to complete SafeSport / monitor status 🎥
       
       
• Sex Offender Registry (SOR)-DQ-Suspension Review (Players) certification by member org admin

• Monitor staff requirements

General / finance:

• Pre-purchase and use credits for US Club Soccer membership purchases (via registration billing account)
• Pre-Purchase Credits for Background Screening

Housekeeping / troubleshooting:

• Merging of Duplicate Players, Coaches, and Managers

• Check and Update Player Affiliation and Competitive Level (review this if a player's proof of birth is not verified)

Release a player:

• If membership is unpaid/not purchased:

   2. Remove Player from Roster Builder
   3. Remove Player from Org
