As Event Director - How to Link an Assignor to Venues & Fields

This article will instruct the Event Director on how to link an Assignor to a Venue & Field​

Option 1

 

Step 1: Access your event from the Scheduling - Events option, and click on the "Assignors" tab. 

 

Step 2: In the "Modify Assignors" section, select the assignor(s) from the drop-down menu (multiple assignors can be selected).

 

Step 3: Select the venue fields that you would like to designate to the assignor(s).

 

Step 4: Select the age groups that the assignor(s) will be covering and click "Save".

The assignor(s) will now update below the "Assignors" section with their authorized venues and fields. Clicking on the assignor will display the venues and fields that they have been approved for, with the option to edit existing venues and fields when clicking on the Assignor.

 

Option 2

 

Step 1: Click on the assignor listed below the "Assignors" section to display their venues and fields.

 

Step 2: Select the Fields, Age Groups, and State (Not Required) from their respective drop-down menus and click "Save". The pop-out will refresh with the newly update venue and field permissions. 

 

Step 3: Click outside of the pop-out window to refresh the "Assignors" page with the update venue and field permissions. Click on the assignor to view their updated venues and fields.

 

  • Not Selecting any Venues/Fields for an Assignor will automatically grant the user access to all Venues/Fields.
  • Not selecting an age group will automatically grant access to all age group matches on the selected venues and fields
  • Filtering and Searching by the home club will only display the Venues that are attached to the selected club
