How to Create Background Check Billing Account for a Club as a Governing Body

Governing Bodies have the ability to give vouchers or allow clubs to prepay for background checks for their coaches/managers in Bulk.

Instructions

Step 1:

  • Go to Association - Organizations, and click on the organization you want to create the billing account for.

Step 2:

  • Click the "Billing" tab at the top, and click "New Billing Account".

 

Step 3:

  • Fill in the account information, attach your merchant and click "Save"

IMPORTANT: For the Category, type in Background Check

Note: You also have the ability to enter a specific voucher code which means coaches will have to enter that exact code in order to get the discount.
