Assignors - How to Copy Crew Assignments Using the Match Chart

The Assignor can copy assignments from one match onto another. This article will instruct the user on how to copy assignments using the "Math Chart" view.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • From your Referee - Assigning module, select the event from the assigning Calendar, or click directly into the "Match Chart" and select the event. 

Step 2:

  • Select the match with the assignments that you'd like to copy.

  • Click the "Copy Assignments" function above the listed referees.

  • Select the match where'd you would like to place the assignments and click "Save".

Step 3:

  • The match will update to a fully or partially assigned status, with the referees placed onto the match positions. 

The user will see an error message when copying assignments if a referee has a pre-existing assignment(s), or has a set blackout for that time frame.
