How to complete GA/USSSA Participation waiver

Instructions

Step 1:

• Log in to your account and click on the dashboard

Step 2:

• Then click on the participation waiver link 

Step 3:

• Click on submit a new form 

Step 4:

• Confirm your DOB, information, and read the waiver

Step 5:

• Sign using your mouse

Step 6:

• Click save. 
• A payment form will appear to pay and complete the process.
