As a Coach/Manager - How to Cancel an Individual Hotel Room

Team Managers have the ability to cancel a team member's hotel room booking. The Team Manager can cancel individual nights, or multiple nights in bulk. 

This is only for tournaments partnered with GotSport.

Instructions:

Step 1:

  • To manage your bookings in your account. Click the Bookings tab.

 

Step 2:

  • Click Manage Team Bookings.

Step 3:

  • Click Manage.

Step 4:

  • Click Cancel for the team member you'd like to cancel the room for.

  • You can also Cancel multiple nights by clicking the Bulk action button on the left-hand side and then clicking Cancel Rooms button that appears.
