# As a Parent/Player - How Can I Cancel My Player Registrations, and Get a Refund and/or Stop a Payment Plan?
## To have a registration canceled or to receive a refund, please contact the club/organization that you registered with.
### Overview
If you are requesting to cancel a Program Registration or payment plan, you must contact the club/organization you have registered with. When submitting payment, you pay the club/organization directly. **GotSport is only the software provider and does not manage the programs, or collect payments. As such, GotSport does not have permission to cancel a registration or refund payments, you must work with the owner of the program.**
If your club/organization has questions, or needs any assistance with this process, please tell them that they are welcome to reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to assist them.
