# GotSport Pro - Rate Cards
## This article will take you through the set up process for Rate Cards
1\. To Create a Rate Card Store from the Organization Dashboard Click on Stores and then Stores again
2\. Click on "New Store" and fill in the information included below:
- Store Name
- Store Type - Select "Rate Card"
- Lock Date
- Start and End Date
3\. To open the Rate Card Store, click the **"Open"** box
4\. To add Products to the Rate Card Store, Click on Products at the top of the page
- To add an existing product or Create a New product, select the option in the top right

5\. [Create Categories](https://support.gotsport.com/how-to-add-a-category-for-the-store?hsLang=en-us)
6\. To create form questions for your Rate Card Store, click on the Form tab at the top of the page
- These questions can be created by clicking on New Form Element
- To add the question, use the "Label" box
- Select the type of question you would like
- You can select the products that will trigger this question once selected. (Ex. If you select product A then the question will be asked, if you do not attach the question to product B it will not be asked)
- Set the question as required if you want to users to answer this question
- Click "Save" to complete the question
7\. Once the Rate Card store is completed, you can use the link on the main Store page and provide this to users to complete their purchases
