Failed Credit Card Payments
If/When a credit card payment fails on a payment plan, the GotSport system will try to charge the card again three days later. If it fails a second time, it will also try to charge three days later again. After trying a total of three times, a new card will need to be used or the payment will need to be run manually after working with the card holder.

Step 1:
Within the billing module, locate the billing account that you are working on:

Step 2:
You will then be able to see the billing details and information on any failed payments.
