# As an Admin - Downloading Team Rosters & Passes
## This article will demonstrate how to access and download both rosters and ID cards for events that require/allow
**Step 1**
- From your club Dashboard, click on **Teams**
**Step 2**
- Go to the Roster Builder
**Step 3**
- Select the event from the dropdown list:
- Once the state association/league has approved the roster, you will see green check marks by the players.
**Step 4**
- When they show as approved, click on the name of the team:
**Step 5:**
- That will take you into the team profile - go to the Rosters tab and select the appropriate event:
**Step 6**
- Go to the Documents & IDs tab and download the Roster PDF and/or ID Cards:
