# Changing/Updating Profile Picture and Personal Information
## This article will demonstrate how to change your Profile Picture and Personal Information from within your account.
If your profile picture has been locked and/or your personal information is greyed out, you will need to work with your club/organizational admin. This happens when the picture and information has been verified and locked by a governing body/association. GotSport can not unlock this information, as we are not a governing body/association.
**Instructions:**
**Step 1:**
- Log into your GotSport Account at [https://system.gotsport.com/](https://system.gotsport.com/).
**Step 2:**
- From your home "**Dashboard**", click the "**Edit**" button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
**Step 3:**
- To change your picture, click the "**Choose** **File**" button under the photo section.
- You can also input/replace any personal information that is associated to the account (Your login Email/User ID, password, etc.)
- **If the information is not editable, your account was verified and locked by your governing body. You must reach out to the governing body and request they unlock the account to make changes. GotSport is not able to unlock a profile once it's been locked by a governing body.**
**Step 4:**
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "**Save**" to save your changes.
