Assignors - Using the Referee Availability Report
Overview: The Referee Acceptance Report helps assignors review referee availability for selected events and dates. Use this report to quickly identify referees who already have assignments, referees who have entered blackout dates, and key details about accepted match assignments.
Open the report
- Open the Assigning Match Chart.

- Select the event(s) and date you want to review.

- Click the Availability Report tab.

The Availability Report displays referees who may not be available for the selected date because they already have an assignment or have marked themselves unavailable. Review this information before offering or updating match assignments.

- Type: Indicates why the referee appears on the report.
- Existing Assignment: The referee already has an assignment for the selected event or another event.
- Blackout: The referee is unavailable for the selected date.
- Position: The position the referee is assigned to for the match.
- Event: The event associated with the referee’s existing assignment.
- Venue: The venue where the referee has the existing assignment.
- Division: The division for the match the referee is assigned to.
- Start/End: The scheduled start and end times for the existing assignment.
- Accepted at: The date and time the referee accepted the offered match.
- Search for a referee: Scroll through the referee list or use the search field to find a specific referee.
- Refresh report totals: Click Refresh Data after assignments are made or updated to view the latest assignment status totals.
- Sort report columns: Click any column heading to sort the report in ascending or descending order.
- Edit or remove a blackout: Click the orange pencil icon to edit a referee blackout or click the red trash bin icon to remove it.
- Download the report: Click Download to export a copy of the Availability Report.
Use the Referee Acceptance Report to confirm referee availability before making assignment decisions. The report helps assignors identify existing assignments, review blackout dates, search for specific referees, refresh assignment totals, sort report data, manage blackout entries, and download the report for offline review.
